Italian Intensive Summer School 2026

CO.AS.IT. has organised a series of short intensive Italian courses for students during late January 2026. The courses are 2 or 3 days duration and are aimed at reviewing the basics, and building confidence in Italian. The different courses cater for Year 9 students; Years 10 & 11 students; and preparation for the VCE Italian studies for Year 12 students.  Please see information below and download event poster here.

1. YEAR 9 SUMMER INTENSIVE COURSE:

Do you have students new to Year 9 Italian, or that who would benefit from revising the basics? This 3 days intensive program offers a fun, engaging revision of Year 7–8 content while building speaking confidence. It’s the perfect kickstart to help students begin Year 9 feeling prepared and motivated!

 2. YEAR 10&11 SUMMER INTENSIVE COURSE:

Do you have Year 10—and even Year 11—students who need to revise the basics? This 3 days intensive program revisits key content from Years 7–9 in an engaging, immersive way while strengthening speaking skills. It’s an ideal confidence-builder to help students start the year prepared, focused, and ready to progress.

 3. VCE (UNITS 3&4) SUMMER INTENSIVE COURSE:

Our popular 2 days immersion program helps VCE Italian students strengthen core skills while connecting with peers from other schools. It’s an engaging way to build confidence, form supportive networks, and begin exam preparation. This is the first step in our VCE pathway, followed by our full suite of VCE mock exams.
